Our reporting to you
Reporting to our clients is one of the most important aspects of the relationship which we have with you. We know that you want clear, easy to understand reports, which are concise, accurate, despatched speedily, and which comment specifically on your portfolio, rather than on the world at large in some generic fashion. If you wish, we can aggregate portfolio information, which is helpful if you appoint us to look after several portfolios, but regard them from your perspective as one entity or family group.
Our reports include headline details in a two page executive summary, as well as in depth reports for those who want them. Everything is available in either hard copy or via the internet, depending on your preference. Internet access to your portfolio and underlying accounts is updated on a daily basis, which means you can look at your portfolio when ever you want. Internet access exploits the medium of the web fully, allowing you to drill down into deeper levels of information when required.
We have recently introduced a slimmed down version of our reporting on the iPhone and iPad - the first UK wealth manager to offer such a service.
In summary, what we include in your report can be tailored specifically to what you and your advisers want, not what we find convenient to produce.
