Kiran graduated from London Guildhall University with an accounting degree and started her career with Berry Asset Management as an accounts administrator in 2000. She became a manager in 2002 and specialised in corporate accounting and compliance. Kiran is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds the Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ) and the Diploma in Investment Compliance. She became an associate director of the company in 2009 and compliance officer in 2011.
